A Note to Prospective Partners for 2026
We are taking the first structured steps toward a more formal operating model for our services.
We believe this matters because structure, when done properly, creates advantage: tighter execution, clearer reporting, better operating discipline, and fewer avoidable mistakes. It is the foundation we need to deliver on our vision and progress toward the goals we have set for the community.
Still, we take the downside seriously. Formal structures can drift into bureaucracy, so we are designing our operating model to avoid that trap: slower decisions, blurred responsibility, and misaligned incentives. That is why we will stay small by choice, keep incentives clean, cut layers that reward activity over results, and make sure responsibility cannot be passed around.
We recognise that the first partnerships are critical in shaping the operating culture. We want to surround ourselves with early partners in the community who bring energy, value independent thinking, and build for the long term.
On that basis, in 2026 we will open a limited number of new partnerships in two areas: Business Advisory, including business consulting, accounting, and tax compliance, and Rental Management for short-stay hospitality operations.
If you are thinking about starting a business, expanding one, or changing how you operate, reach out and tell us what you are trying to build and why it matters. We will be direct about whether we can add value. If it makes sense, we will help you shape what’s next on Pico.
More information will follow soon.
