Rooted on Pico Island, Azores, Portugal, QuadrosGroup helps leaders make smarter moves, faster. We integrate human judgment with research and advanced tools such as capital investment appraisal and budgeting models, project and business valuation, cash-flow projection and scenario analysis, and econometric models for demand forecasting and price elasticity. We also ensure accounting compliance with Portuguese GAAP (SNC) and tax obligations. This enables efficient operations, precise resource allocation, and disciplined scaling, guided by clear standards, controls, and KPIs. We equip teams with practical tools and knowledge, and we set strategies that endure and create sustainable value.

3. Work & Experience

Economics PhD student, Member of the Portuguese Economists Association (No. 17187) and Certified Accountant (OCC No. 102750). BSc in Management; MSc in Economic & Business Sciences (economics and public policy) with an econometric thesis on the impact of education and health spending on regional growth in the Azores and Madeira; Post-Graduate diploma in Regional Economic & Financial Law; short course in Entrepreneurship & Innovation; curricular year of an MSc in Business Management completed.
Over 8 years, I have led tourism operations and invested in financial markets. I run investment appraisal and business valuation, ensure accounting and tax compliance under SNC/SNC-AP, and advise SMEs. I am now developing tourist accommodation projects, applying the same investment discipline and operating controls. My five years of teaching experience, combined with research, enable me to transfer knowledge effectively and accelerate the growth of people and teams.

One more thing: I write daily to sharpen my thinking — follow along on my blog.
